 Kanika is a PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, specialising in analysing the economic and social effects of sustainable development objectives. 

Mounika is a Post Graduate from Indian Institute of Forestry Management with ground level field assessment experience . She is passionate about environmental conservation and working with local communities to execute sustainable forest management practices 

At Climact, Mounika leads supplier partnerships and conducts secondary research for potential carbon sequestration projects.
